The process for ordering custom helmets is as follows:
1. Customise your Samshield or MissShield Helmet using their configurator
2. Save your order sheet and email it to us at office2@tri-ni.com
3. We will get in contact with you to take payment and any relevant details regarding shipping/collection of your order.
4. Once we receive your order from Samshield, we will let you once it is ready for collection or when to expect delivery.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of personalised/custom made items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
