Absolutely great store! Good choice of equipment, either for rider and horse, at all prices. I was there today to buy a helmet and a young lady who helped me was very, very nice and helpful! I got exactly what I needed with her help and got out very satisfied ❤️ the mature lady at the till was also very nic and polite :) I will definitely be back again!

Staff are just the best here. My fiancee often goes for numnahs and other items, we took her there for her birthday shop and got £700-900 worth of items and she got a free numnah which blew me away. She has a different shaped head which is usually an issue to get fitted for but the staff helped extensively to get her a size that fit, the staff and assistant manager are always so welcoming and are very forthcoming in assisting and giving their opinion on items which fit and don't fit but in the most positive way someone could.

My daughter and I went to TRI to look at saddles. We were served by Gareth who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He fitted a saddle for our new horse and took my daughter to one of their arenas to “test out” the new saddle which ended up a horse riding lesson! How amazing! We left with so many extra tips and advice from Gareth and his mum , we purchased the saddle , rug and a few other essentials before returning a week later for a new outfit for pony club. I have to say this place is definitely worth a visit, staff are exceptionally helpful and non pressurising, listened to my budget and recommended the best products! My daughter and I have had such a great experience from Gareth and his mum at TRI we highly recommend going, lots of advice, friendly and great chat! Thanks guys 😊 Judith and Krysten

I could spend all day in here! I recently went in to purchase a new helmet and boots. I'm cursed with an oddly shaped large head and large calves which always put me off getting fitted in person. However, the staff were so helpful and encouraging, they gave me all the time I needed to try on all different brands to get the perfect fit in both. Theres such a selection and sizes are so inclusive! Ended up buying a rosegold Samshield and ariat tall boots, wouldn't go anywhere else!
