Noromectin Horse Wormer Paste
Noromectin Equine Wormer Paste, a powerful solution designed to eradicate both adult and larval stages of internal parasites that commonly affect horses. This includes small redworms, arterial stages of large redworms, lungworms, and bots. Each syringe of Noromectin contains 120mg of Ivermectin and is formulated to effectively treat horses weighing up to 700kg.
Noromectin 1.87% Oral Paste for Horses when used at the recommended dose rate of 200 mcg ivermectin per kg bodyweight, kills the adult and some larval stages of the following important internal parasites of horses:
Large strongyles (redworms).: adults and 4th larval (arterial) stages of Strongylus vulgaris, adults and tissue larval stages of S. edentatus and adults of S. equinus
Some horses carrying heavy infection of Onchocerca microfilariae have experienced oedema and pruritus following dosing, assumed to be the result of death of large numbers of microfilariae. These signs resolve within a few days but symptomatic treatment may be advisable. The plunger is marked in 100Kg divisions for accurate dosing.
